Meanwhile, for the reinforcement of high-quality talent’s self consciousness and self developing consciousness, labour force’s property and structure appears huge change. The increase of personnel fluidity and high lost rate makes enterprise pay more and more attention to talent introduction. Moreover, modern human resource management requires that talent introducing work has to develop to stratagem from tactics management so that it plays supporting part in enterprise’s strategic development.
